Staff Recruitment

All staff must have an ISA Adult First Check and Criminal Records check before they start working in the home. If the ISA Adult check is satisfactory and we have also received two satisfactory references, they may start before we receive the Criminal Records result by shadowing an experienced member of staff.

The staff, who take pleasure in caring for you, do not expect gratuities and/or presents. The manager will visit you daily and will welcome any comments, which aid maintenance or improvement of facilities offered.
